PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to 170 Ind. Admin. Code 1-6-6, that on or about January 25, 2019, the City of Crawfordsville, Indiana, by its municipal electric utility, Crawfordsville Electric Light & Power (“CELP”), expects to file with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (“IURC”), under its 30-day filing procedure, a request seeking Commission approval of a reduction in its Green Power Rider. This Rider is applicable to all CELP customers, and will be reduced from one dollar ($1.00) per 100 kWh block, to thirty cents ($0.30) per 100 kWh block designated per month to Green Power. In addition, the 1,000 kWh limitation which currently caps the amount of renewable energy a customer may elect under the Green Power Rider will be eliminated. Approval of this filing is expected by February 24, 2019, but no sooner than 30 days after receipt of the filing by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
