NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN BOUNDARY LINES
CRAWFORDSVILLE ELECTRIC LIGHT AND POWER (“CEL&P”) AND DUKE
ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) hereby give notice that on July 8, 2021,
pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory
Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between CEL&P and Duke Energy
Indiana associated with certain parcels south of County Road 150 South, east of County Road
200 East and west of Nucor Road in Montgomery County, Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet
Map J-15-1.

Crawfordsville Electric Light & Power has made a filing for a purchase power and energy tracking factor with the Indiana Regulatory Commission in order to implement an average change in its rates for electric service charged by it supplier, Indiana Municipal Power Agency, pursuant to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Cause Number 36835-S3. The filing, if approved by the Commission, will be effective for the energy consumed on or after the date of approval.
