Electrician Forms

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY – ALL RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES WHICH ARE 400 AMP AND BELOW NOW REQUIRE A FUSED OR BREAKER DISCONNECT DEVICE AT THE METER LOCATION.

Whether you’re building a single warehouse or an entire subdivision, the CEL&P staff can guide you through the process. Our staff can help you with establishing or connecting to electricity and offer expertise on energy efficiency, rules and regulations, outdoor lighting, and much more. On this page, you can find PDF diagrams and electrical permit downloads.

All electricians working within the CEL&P service area must pass the electrician’s license exam administered by CEL&P’s Electrical Inspector. A license must be kept current; if lapsed, the electrician must retake and pass the license exam before they will be permitted to work in the CEL&P service area. Contact 765-362-1900 ext. 8034 to schedule an appointment for testing. Work cannot be performed until the electrician passes the exam, a permit is completed and approved by the Electrical Inspector, and fees have been paid.
